Membership: 50 members including active beachcat, multihull and monohull sailors. We welcome new members interested in cruising and racing events, as well as those simply seeking club affiliation for racing. $50 annual fee includes burgee, laminated membership card, and 20% off food and drinks in the VSC clubhouse during VSC events.
Facilities: Clubhouse, Victoria Pub and Grill (upstairs balcony) 1413 Victoria Avenue, Suite #F, Ventura, CA.
Comments: The goal of the VSC is to introduce and invite people to take advantage of our great resource – the Channel Islands. We hope to achieve this by increasing participation in sailing by hosting racing and cruising events out to the islands. Beyond our events, we will participate in established local racing, help procure crew for boats in need, and provide opportunities for those without boats to get involved in the local racing and cruising scene, thereby becoming a community of boaters.
