Event Refund Policy

  • All refunds are subject to a non-refundable, 10% processing fee on the original registration amount.
  • Full refund (less 10% processing fee) until published RSVP deadline.
  • NO REFUNDS after RSVP date, as we are obligated for registered headcount per the food/beverage contract with the host facility.
  • There is a $5.00 extra charge applied for walk-ins at the door, if food and space are available.
