5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: No host cocktails with appretizers and entertainment

6:30 PM:  Dinner Service

7:30 PM:  Installation & Award Presentation

Dinner Entree’ Selections: (Choice of 1):

• Filet of Salmon- Broiled and topped with lemon herb butter sauce
• Pork Chop- Dusted with coffee and brown sugar, sauteed with bourbon, shallot & sage
• Grilled Gnocchi- With brown butter sauce and seasonal vegetables (Vegetarian)
